Do you take my dental insurance?
We take any insurance that allows you to choose your dental office. There are hundreds of dental insurance plans, each with their own rules, regulations & limitations. Whenever a new patient comes to our office, we obtain as much information as your insurance company will provide to us so that we can, in turn, provide you with accurate treatment costs and explanations of expected coverage.
Do you offer payment plans?
YES! In addition to accepting all major credit & debit cards, we have several different payment options available.
If I have an emergency, will I be able to receive same day treatment?
Absolutely! We do whatever it takes to make sure that patients who are in pain receive immediate care. We also have one of our trained team members in charge of our after-hours phone so that you are never left to speak with an answering machine or answering service.
Do you have a hygienist who cleans my teeth or does the dentist do the cleanings?
We have amazing hygienists! They have extensive experience in their field.
Does your office stay on schedule or will I have to wait to be seen?
We respect your time and we do an excellent job staying on schedule. Occasionally we may have a patient who is worked into the schedule unexpectedly due to an emergency, which can put us behind. In this situation we attempt to contact you ahead of time to let you know that we have fallen behind schedule, allowing you the option to come in a little bit later than your original scheduled time.
Do you provide all dental service in your office, or will I have to go to different offices for different procedures?
It is very rare that we need to refer patients to a specialist outside of our office. We provide all services including endodontics (root canals), oral surgery, periodontal (gum) treatment, implant placement, and even orthodontics. However, if any one of the doctors feels that it would be in your best interest to see a specialist, they would not hesitate to make that referral.
